We can guarantee superior cast components at globally competitive prices.

Casting Your ideas

We are specialists in converting our clients’ ideas into high-quality die-cast components.

Experience

Established in 1976, we have been providing high quality products and services for over forty years. Our experienced staff use the latest technology, process optimisation methods and strict quality control measures to ensure die cast components without defects. The posterior final treatment processes allow us to deliver the perfect finish.

Facilities

Our facilities include a full range of high pressure die casting, CNC machining and finishing equipment, all managed by qualified and highly experienced personnel. Our focus is on providing our clients with optimised solutions for the manufacture of their components. We are continually growing; a new warehouse is being developed to optimise deliveries and to liberate further production space.

Services

We offer clients a wide range of services to accompany their component from basic design concept through to series production. Our engineers can help co-design your component and tooling to enable cost efficiencies and process optimisation. Casting process simulations and prototype production achieves the perfect cast which means defect free machining and finishing.

Quality

We implement strict quality control measures in all of the component production steps to ensuring defect free components. Our approach is to identify possible problems before they occur and to continually optimise processes through constant communication and feedback from team members. We are ISO9001 certified since 2002, we are also currently implementing ISO/TS16949.
